Commission Policy
Thank you for considering my commission services. Please review the following important policy details before placing your order:
No Refund Policy: All commissions are final and non-refundable once payment is processed. This policy ensures fairness and commitment to the commission process.
Extended Time Charges: Commissions that exceed a total duration of 3 hours will incur an additional charge of $10 per hour beyond this timeframe. This fee accounts for the extra time and effort required for longer projects.
Commercial Works: For commercial or business-related commissions, there is an additional charge of 20% on top of the final agreed price. This fee reflects the commercial usage rights granted to the client.
Rights and Ownership: By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree that I retain full ownership and rights to the commissioned work unless otherwise negotiated. For commercial works, all rights are forfeited to the client upon completion and delivery.

How to Commission Artwork

Contact on Discord: Once you've decided to commission artwork from me, reach out to me on Discord to discuss the details and pricing. Provide as much detail as possible about what you're looking for, including reference pictures, character descriptions, specific themes, or any other relevant information.
Discuss Pricing: We'll discuss the pricing based on the complexity and scope of the commission. The more details you provide upfront, the more accurate the pricing quote will be.
Provide References: Sharing reference pictures or descriptions is crucial for achieving the best possible result. This helps me understand your vision and create a personalized piece that matches your expectations.
Cancellation and Future Commissions: You have the flexibility to cancel the commission at any time before work has started or during the early stages. If you decide to cancel, you can always return for a new commission at a later time when you're ready.
Collaborate for the Best Result: Collaboration is key to creating a successful commission. Feel free to ask questions, provide feedback during the process, and communicate openly to ensure the final artwork meets your vision.

RULES
Timeline: Typically, commissions will be completed within 2-5 days from the start date. If circumstances require more time, please refrain from spamming or pressuring me. Patience is appreciated for quality work.
Usage and Distribution: The commissioned piece is for commercial use avatar only. You may not resell it as a product without prior agreement. However, you are allowed to use it as an avatar. Redistribution to another individual is not permitted.
Scam Policy: Any attempt to deceive or scam will result in a permanent ban from future commissions and services.
Payment Method: I accept payments exclusively through PayPal for commission work.
Communication: All communication and processing will be handled through Discord via private chat or by creating a ticket in our server. This ensures privacy and direct interaction.

Result
Once the commission is successfully completed and payment has been received as discussed, you will receive the following:
Full Data Files: You will receive the complete files of the commissioned artwork, including any specified formats such as FBX files and textures.
The delivery of files will be promptly arranged upon confirmation of payment for the commissioned work. If you have any specific preferences or additional requests regarding file formats or delivery methods, please feel free to discuss them during our commission negotiations.
